Dangote Refinery has announced an increase in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), raising the gantry price from ₦1,175 to ₦1,245 per litre, marking a ₦70 per litre hike.
The new pricing will take effect from 12:00 a.m. on March 21, 2026, and will cover all outstanding and yet-to-be-unloaded volumes.
In addition, the refinery adjusted its coastal supply rate, increasing it from ₦1,512,648 to ₦1,606,518 per metric tonne.
The company attributed the increase to ongoing global geopolitical tensions.
Dangote Refinery also stated that customers with valid Bank Guarantees can continue to load under their current arrangements. However, they must settle the price difference, with all payments due by March 23, 2026.
