The Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Rashidi Ladoja has reacted to an allegation that he is planning to remove the governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, from office.
In a statement issued by his media aide, Chief Adeola Oloko, the monarch described the allegation as false and misleading.
According to him, even a local government chairman can’t be removed by any traditional ruler.
The monarch cautioned the peddlers of such rumour, warning the Olubadan stool shouldn’t be dragged into politics.
