1. Immediate Access via SMS Only Candidates who participated in the first day of the 2026 UTME (April 16) can now access their scores by sending the keyword UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number used for registration. Currently, results are available for viewing purposes only, and the option to print official result slips has not yet been activated.

2. Strict Stance Against Result Manipulation JAMB has issued a high-level warning against any attempt to falsify or alter scores using AI or other electronic means. The Board emphasized that manipulating SMS results to mislead parents or the public is a serious criminal offense. To demonstrate its commitment to integrity, JAMB confirmed that two candidates and one parent are already in custody for engaging in result falsification.

3. Rolling Release of Results The 2026 UTME is still ongoing nationwide. Following this initial release of over 600,000 results, JAMB will continue to process and release subsequent scores in batches as the examination progresses and more candidates complete their sessions.

The results of candidates who sat the 2026 UTME on Thursday, 16 April 2026, have been released and are now available for viewing. To check their results, candidates should send UTMERESULT via SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number (SIM) used during registration.

At this stage, candidates may view their results only; printing is not yet available. Candidates are strongly cautioned against manipulating the SMS received from the official platform (55019/66019) to fabricate or alter scores with the intent to mislead others, including parents. Such actions constitute a serious criminal offence.
