Shehu Buba Umar, the senator representing Bauchi South has expressed his interest to contest for the All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship ticket in Bauchi state in the coming 2027 election.
Senator Umar, disclosed this while meeting with Shura Council of Muslim Parliament and some stakeholders in the state.
The Senator expressed confidence in President Bola Tinubu, believing that the party would ensure a level playing field for all aspirants.
