President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to return to Abuja on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, after concluding his vacation ahead of schedule.
The President departed for France on September 4 for part of his annual holiday and was initially expected to divide his time between France and the United Kingdom.
While in Paris, Tinubu held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. Both leaders reportedly reviewed key areas of cooperation between Nigeria and France, agreeing to deepen bilateral ties in pursuit of mutual prosperity and global stability.
The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the development in a statement on Monday, noting that the President would resume official duties immediately upon his arrival in Abuja.
