Police Arrest 33yr Old Drug Baron In Delta, Recover Large Quantities Of Drugs

Operatives of the Anti-Crime Patrol, Orerokpe Division in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State have arrested a 33-year-old suspected drug baron and recovered large quantities of suspected hard drugs.

The suspect, Justina Onokpasa, was arrested during a raid on a drug hideout in Ugolo community on April 15, 2026, at about 10:23 p.m.

She is currently in police custody as investigations continue.

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the arrest in a statement issued in Warri.

“On 15 April 2026 at about 2223hrs, Anti-Crime Patrol operatives of Orerokpe division raided a drug hideout in Ugholo community, arresting Justina Onokpasa (F), 33.”

He added that several items were recovered during the operation, including:

* Two large bags of substances suspected to be Canadian loud
* 300 small cans of substances also suspected to be Canadian loud
* 30 bottles of CSC codeine
* 10 sachets of tramadol
* 2 sachets of ‘Super Royal’ (Redboy)
* 12 sachets of Swinol
* 12 pieces of molly drugs
* 400 empty distribution cans

SP Edafe stated that the suspect remains in custody and that further investigation is ongoing.
