Maverick singer, Seun Kuti, has made it clear that his rift with Afrobeats star, Wizkid, is not ending anytime soon.
The disagreement between the two artistes started after Wizkid claimed he was greater than Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, following Seun’s earlier warning to fans to stop comparing the “Ojuelegba” crooner with his late father.
Speaking in a recent podcast, Seun Kuti ruled out any possibility of reconciliation, stressing that the issue is permanent.
When asked if they had settled their differences, he responded:
“It Is On For Life. I Don’t Have Anything To Say About Him But It Is On For Life. You Don’t Say Things About My Dad And Then It Is Fine. There Is No Coming Back From That.”
His statement has further fueled discussions among fans, as the long-standing feud between the two artistes continues to generate reactions online.
