Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has taken another jab at Afrobeats star Davido, claiming that Burna Boy gave him N20 million effortlessly.

Speaking during a recent Instagram Live session, Portable praised Burna Boy for his generosity, saying that even though they had never met in person, the Grammy-winning artist still supported him financially. He described the gesture as a genuine act of kindness.

However, Portable used the opportunity to criticize Davido, suggesting that the DMW boss often portrays himself as generous online but rarely helps upcoming artists in reality.

He also mocked those who depend on family wealth, saying true success comes from personal effort, not inheritance. “Having a rich background doesn’t make you successful. What matters is what you achieve for yourself,” he said.

This latest comment continues the ongoing rift between Portable and Davido. The feud started after Portable claimed Davido unfollowed him on social media following their meeting in the United States earlier this year.
