Delta North Senator, Ned Nwoko, has said that his wife, actress Regina Daniels, must undergo rehabilitation to address drug abuse and protect her health.
Speaking with newsmen on Sunday, the lawmaker explained that his decision comes from concern for her well-being and their children’s future.
According to Nwoko, recent toxicology reports revealed high levels of harmful substances in Regina’s system. He added that her behavior has changed in recent months — becoming increasingly violent and unstable, with frequent health crises.
“I want her alive and healthy, not just for me but for our children,” he said. “We have two young kids together, and they cannot fight for themselves. I must protect their mother for their sake.
“Many people have died from drug overdoses. If anything happens to her now, what will I tell her children tomorrow?” he added.
