The celebrated students — 17-year-old Nafisa Abdullahi Aminu 15-year-old Rukayya Muhammad Fema and Hadiza Kashim Kalli — represented Nigeria in the international competition and ranked among the top performers in various categories, triumphing over more than 20,000 participants from 69 countries.

Speaking at the award presentation, Tumsah praised the students for their hard work, talent, and resilience, describing their success as a source of pride for Yobe State and Nigeria at large.

“These young ladies have shown that with dedication, excellence knows no boundaries. We must invest in our youths and give them the tools to excel,”* he said.
