American singer Adam Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, have sold their lavish Montecito, California estate for a whopping $60 million.
According to TMZ, the couple purchased the property three years ago for $52 million and sold it on October 7, 2025, earning an $8 million profit.
The estate, originally built by actor Rob Lowe in 2009, spans about 13,000 square feet and sits on 3.5 acres of land. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the ocean and mountains.
The luxurious property also features two guest houses, a gym, tennis court, home theater, koi pond, and even a chicken coop.
Levine reportedly remodeled the home with Clements Design, the same interior design firm behind projects for the Kardashians and Bruno Mars.
Sources revealed that the couple sold the mansion to move closer to their children’s school.
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, who tied the knot on March 19, 2014, in Los Angeles, are proud parents of three children.
