Eight-year-old American singer Aura V has made history as the youngest Grammy winner to receive an individual credit.

She won the award with her father in their group, FYÜTCH & Aura V, after their album Harmony won Best Children’s Music Album at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday. This achievement makes Aura V the youngest Grammy winner ever.

Aura V also broke the previous record held by Blue Ivy, the daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, who won her first Grammy at age 9 in 2021.

Blue Ivy won the award for Best Music Video for her role in the song Brown Skin Girl at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.
The song featured Beyoncé, Nigerian singer Wizkid, and Guyanese rapper Saint Jhn. However, Saint Jhn was not credited in the Grammy win because he did not appear in the music video.
