There is growing tension in Oro-Ago as armed bandits are reportedly regrouping to carry out another attack.
The warning is based on credible intelligence from sources, raising fears among residents of the community.
Security agencies have now placed all formations on “Red Alert” in an effort to prevent the planned attack and protect lives and property.
Oro-Ago and nearby areas in Ifelodun Local Government Area have experienced repeated attacks in recent times, with incidents involving killings and abductions.
The latest threat comes shortly after a recent attack in which eight worshippers were kidnapped at Omugo ECWA Church.

The bandits have reportedly demanded a ransom of ₦1 billion for their release. They rejected the ₦1 million earlier raised by the community and insisted that the full amount must be paid.
As of the time of this report, no official statement has been released by security agencies regarding the situation.
