Famous South African DJ and music producer, Black Coffee, has said he has no plans to get married again.

Speaking on a recent episode of Podcast and Chill, the Grammy-winning artist explained that he now understands himself better and doesn’t want to be pressured by society or family to remarry.

“I won’t get married again. I’m clear about that because I’m now in a better space in understanding who I am,” he said. “Society puts pressure on people to follow certain paths, but it doesn’t really support you when things go wrong.”

He shared that after becoming successful in his music career, his parents started encouraging him to get married. According to him, they were impressed when he bought his first house and car and immediately started asking, “When are you getting a wife?”

Black Coffee said he used to let society influence his life decisions, but now he has chosen to stay single and focus on his career and personal growth.

His comments come years after his marriage to South African actress Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa ended in 2019. The couple split following reports that Black Coffee was unfaithful with a local model.

They had two children together, and Black Coffee also has two other children from previous relationships.
