Veteran music producer and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has revealed who he believes has the best singing voice in Nigeria.
During an interactive session with fans on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, a fan complimented Don Jazzy, saying he had the “best and most unique voice” in the Nigerian music industry.
In his response, Don Jazzy agreed that his voice was unique but said the title of “best voice” belongs to his former signee, Wande Coal.
He wrote, “Most unique I agree, best na Wande Coal.”
Wande Coal, who was once signed to Don Jazzy’s Mo’Hits Records, is widely celebrated as one of Nigeria’s finest vocalists. His smooth voice and distinctive sound have influenced several artists, including Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Oxlade.
