I Gave Olamide International Recognition- Portable Claims
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has stirred fresh drama after accusing Olamide of abandoning him and failing to invite him to his London concert.

In a recent conversation with a media personality, Portable insisted that his music contributed to Olamide’s international recognition, especially after many people had “forgotten him.”

Portable, who gained fame through their hit collaboration Zazoo, said Olamide pushed him aside despite benefiting from their work together. He complained that the rapper did not include him in his highly praised London show, which recently went viral online.

The singer added that even if Olamide is no longer proud of him, others—including Davido—still show him love and support. According to him, his career is growing stronger and he believes he can achieve global success.

His words in part:
“Zazoo make them remember you internationally. Davido loves me; Davido is proud of me. I can eventually collect Grammy and be Nigerian hero.”
