Justin Bieber recently took to Instagram to share how drained he feels by “transactional relationships.”
He explained that constantly having to earn someone’s love feels exhausting. “If I have to do something to be loved, that’s not love,” he wrote.
This isn’t the first time he’s opened up on the subject. In mid-May, he posted a story saying, “Love isn’t a ‘you get what you put in’ kinda thing. It’s a receiving thing. True love is freely given with no expectation.”
Naturally, fans began to wonder if he and his wife, Hailey Bieber, were going through a rough patch.
But in a May 20 interview with Vogue, Hailey firmly dismissed any divorce rumors, calling them a “mind-f\*ck” and making it clear there’s no split on the horizon.
