Nigerian influencer and car dealer, Waris Olayinka Akinwande, popularly known as Ola of Lagos, has reacted to the demolition of his newly built car showroom, OOL Autos, by the Lagos State Government.
The showroom was pulled down on Saturday, sparking reactions online.
Addressing the incident on his Instagram story, Ola remained positive despite the loss, assuring his followers that he was already making plans to rebuild.
He wrote: “New showroom coming soon… Bigger and better, Insha Allah. We’re still active! We existed long before our physical showroom, and we’ll continue to thrive.”
The luxury car dealer, known for his motivational tone on social media, also thanked his fans and supporters for their calls and messages.
“Omo, these calls and messages, thank you all so much. I’m good, I promise. I’m even smiling right now. I’ve been taking losses for a long time—losses that could easily buy me a bedroom apartment in Ikoyi,” he said. “But man just reflects, smiles, thanks God, comes online to motivate others, shows love, and keeps going. All is well.”
