The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has announced plans to hold a special prayer session for unmarried youths, expectant mothers, and their families.
Adeboye made this known in a statement issued by Pastor Oladele Balogun, the Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Administration, in Lagos on Thursday.
He explained that the prayer session, inspired by divine direction, would focus on singles, mature singles, waiting mothers, and families believing God for the fruit of the womb.
According to him, population data indicates that singles, including mature singles, make up over 40% of Nigeria’s adult population — a group he described as vibrant and deeply hopeful for marital settlement.
The prayer session is scheduled to take place during the November 2025 Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, November 2, at The Throne of Grace, RCCG National Headquarters, Ebute-Metta, Lagos, starting at 8 a.m.
Adeboye urged participants worldwide to join the program virtually or in person, describing it as a “life-transforming encounter with God.”
