American singer D4VD has reportedly transferred ownership of his homes to his mother as investigations continue into the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose body was found in his abandoned Tesla.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the singer transferred the deeds of his two Houston properties to his mother through a trust between September 18 and 22, 2025.
Police sources revealed that on September 18, authorities were called to one of D4VD’s homes following a swatting incident.
Earlier, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) executed a search warrant at his rental home in Hollywood Hills, seizing several electronic devices and other materials as part of the ongoing homicide investigation.
