Nancy Nnadi, popularly known as Coach Nancy and the head of EeZee Conceptz Limited, has disclosed that reconciliation efforts are in progress to settle the regalement rift between Mercy Chinwo and the gospel singer’s record label.
Over the weekend, Coach Nancy took to Instagram to withdraw her claims of financial wrongdoing against Mercy Chinwo, stating that a legal counsel recommended tranquility and peace as the guiding framework for her actions and decisions.
She stated, “I retract my earlier post concerning Minister Mercy Chinwo. Mercy is a woman of God and like all of us, needs prayers especially that God perfects the ongoing settlement being handled by the Fathers of Faith on her behalf and EeZee Conceptz which I hope they come to the soonest.” As is well known, this comes months after Mercy Chinwo has sought out Coach Nancy publicly to apologize on social media for making false claims.
This controversy is part of a more extensive legal conflict that began in January 2025 when Chinwo filed a suit against the label’s owner, Ezekiel “EeZee Tee” Onyedikachukwu, claiming he misappropriated \$345,000 in music royalties. This lawsuit was filed two years after she separated from EeZee Conceptz due to disputes concerning finances.
