Nigerian celebrity chef and businesswoman Hilda Baci has announced that she is now a three-time Guinness World Records holder after discovering that she broke two records during a single cooking event.
Hilda shared the news on her Instagram page, revealing that she recently received an email from Guinness World Records confirming an additional record linked to her famous jollof rice cooking feat.
According to her, she initially believed she had only broken the record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice. However, the new confirmation showed that the same meal also set a record for the largest serving of rice overall.
With her earlier achievement for the longest cooking marathon already recognized, this new update officially makes her a three-time Guinness World Records champion.
Hilda described the revelation as both shocking and joyful, explaining that she only discovered the additional record months later while casually checking her emails.
She also praised her partner, Oreoluwa Atinmo, for his major contribution to the achievement, stressing that the success was the result of teamwork and a shared vision.
The celebrity chef went on to thank her entire team, Guinness World Records, and her supporters for standing by her throughout the journey. She added that the achievement is a special and memorable way to start the year 2026.
